Okay, this is the Glacier NP in British Columbia, Canada, not the one in Montana. It is about 45 minutes east of Revelstoke where I’m staying right now, and about 2 hours west of Banff. Everyone seems to know Banff NP or Jasper NP, but not many go to Glacier. In fact, I was one of those—I’ve been to Banff several times. It was my first time to Glacier NP.
Blue Pass trail is about 13 km round trip. It may not as breathtaking as the trails in Banff NP, it is still spectacular. And the best part is I didn’t have to share the natural wonder with anyone—no one showed up until I was on my way back. “Endless…” I kept on saying to myself when I hiked. “Endless beauty!” While I thought I’ve seen the area, more splendor opened up in front of me. Lucky me. 🙂
